[RENDER] Lost Paradise – Gustave Doré – Full

Done…

• Render width 32 cm x 40 cm on A1 200 g
• 262 991 lines
• 659 meters of lines
• 57 Hours to render it
• 2 x Pigma Micron 003 (0.15 mm) . Pressure 14g
• 7 try before the good one (many bug to correct) = 5 pencils died

Conclusion :

• Vectorization is Ok
• Software is Ok
• Vibration for low pressure is not ok but need hardware improvment
• Paper quality+ Pencil ink = Hazardous coverage = Missing dark area from not homogenous lines

Next try : bigger size + bigger pen + better paper quality + etc. = to get less dark variations

Final :

• I love it. I saw all the details, again and again : Gustave Doré was a genius. A master.
• I can get a better render with graphit criterium and grey level, but i will be cheating
